For the past four years, I have been proud to serve our town as a duly elected Councillor. My roots in this community, my dedication to families and local businesses, my experience in governance, and my passion for building a stronger future guide everything I do, and lead me to seek your support in the upcoming municipal election..

As your Councillor, I’ve worked hard to deliver results that matter: supporting local businesses and grassroots community organizations and projects, strengthening fiscal accountability, and ensuring our town continues to grow in a sustainable, responsible way.

Focused on the Future

Our community deserves a council that listens, plans ahead, and takes action in an informed and strategic way.

Here are my priorities for the next four years:

Investing in and maintaining strong, reliable infrastructure, as detailed in the Town’s Asset Management Plan and newly approved Municipal Development Plan
Supporting local businesses and economic growth, in continued partnership with our local Chamber of Commerce, the Innisfail Community Economic Development Committee and regional partners including the Central Alberta Economic Partnership (CAEP), Community Futures and others that will emerge as the result of a changing community and region.
Building safe, vibrant neighborhoods, as informed by our Housing Action Plan, and Community Safety & Wellbeing Strategy
Ensuring accountable, transparent leadership by maintaining public access to Council meetings (in person and online) and community engagement through our planning and budget processes and deliberations.
Focusing on engaging and informational communications strategies and procedures for Council and the Town organization as a whole. Ensure advisory committees have fulsome input and quality opportunities to provide input and cumulative expertise and experience in their recommendations to Council.
